The standard on which dust removers are designed

The author:Yancheng Jishengda Environmental Protection Engineering Co., LTD Click:858  Date of Issue:2021-11-15

1, ambient air quality standard (GB3095-1996) Ambient air quality classification and classification

      (1) The first category is nature reserves, scenic spots and other areas requiring special protection. The first class area carries out the first class air quality standard.

The second category is residential area, mixed area of commercial transportation and residents, cultural area, general industrial area and rural area determined in town planning. Second class areas to implement the air quality standards.

      (3) Three types of zones are specific industrial areas. The third class areas are subject to the third class air quality standards.

      2. Dust emission standards

      (1) Comprehensive emission standard of air pollutants (GB16297-1996).

There are detailed regulations on dust emission concentration and emission rate in the national comprehensive emission standards for air pollutants.

⑵ Boiler air pollutant discharge standard (GWPB3-1999).

In order to implement the State Environmental Protection Law and the Law on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution and prevent air pollution, the State has formulated standards for the discharge of air pollutants from boilers. The standard is divided into two periods according to the completion and service life. The first period refers to the boilers completed and used before December 31, 2000. Phase ii refers to boilers built and used since January 1, 2001.

⑶ Air pollutant emission standard for industrial furnaces (GB9078-1996).

The standard stipulates the concentration of smoke (powder) dust, blackness of smoke, the maximum allowable emission concentration (or emission limit) of six kinds of harmful pollutants and the maximum allowable concentration of unorganized smoke (powder) dust of 19 industrial furnaces in 10 categories.

It is suitable for the management of industrial furnaces for solid, liquid, gas and electric heating except coke oven, incinerator and cement plant, as well as the environmental impact assessment, design, completion acceptance and emission management of industrial furnaces construction projects.

      (4) Emission standards of air pollutants for thermal power plants (GB13223-1996).

This standard specifies the maximum allowable sulfur dioxide emission, soot emission concentration and blackness of flue gas in thermal power plants.

It is suitable for the emission management of coal-fired power plant boiler with output above 65t/h except for layer furnace and coal thrower furnace and coal-fired power plant boiler with output below 65t/h, as well as the environmental impact assessment, design, completion acceptance and emission management of construction projects.

⑸ Emission standard of air pollutants for coke ovens (GB16171-1996).

This standard sets the maximum allowable emission concentration of air pollutants discharged by mechanized coke oven without organization and the maximum allowable emission of tons of product pollutants.

This standard is divided into one, two and three levels. Corresponding to the environmental air quality functional area of GB3095-1996. From the date of implementation of this standard, it is prohibited to build or expand mechanized coke ovens and non-mechanized coke ovens in gb3095-1996. Reconstruction projects shall not increase the amount of sewage discharged.

⑹ Cement plant air pollutant discharge standard (GB4915-1996).

This standard stipulates the emission limits of air pollutants and dust unorganized emission control limits at each discharge point of cement plant according to years and regions.

This standard is divided into one, two and three levels. Corresponding to the environmental air quality functional area of GB3095-1996. The standard applies to the emission management of cement plants, as well as the environmental impact assessment, design, completion acceptance and emission management of construction projects.
